Version dated April 19, 2026. This document describes the terms for buying a MouseZen Pro digital key, payment methods, delivery, support, and refunds.

2. Subject of the offer
The seller offers the user a digital access key for MouseZen Pro. The Pro version adds auto tuning, profiles, and advanced diagnostics to MouseZen for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
The purchase is completed without account registration: the user chooses an amount, enters an email address, and proceeds to payment.
3. Price
The user chooses the Pro version price on the payment page. Preset amounts and a custom amount field are available. The final amount is shown before payment.
4. Payment methods
For Russian pages, bank cards, MIR, SBP, and cryptocurrencies are available. For other language pages, bank cards and cryptocurrencies are available. Availability may depend on the payment provider, bank, user region, and technical limits.
5. Digital delivery
MouseZen Pro is a digital product. Delivery is electronic: after successful payment, the user receives an access key on the site and/or through the contact channel used for the purchase.
No physical delivery is required.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Before payment, the user may cancel the purchase without consequences. After payment, the user may request a refund if the MouseZen Pro digital key was not issued, the purchase was duplicated, a payment error occurred, the issued key does not activate the Pro version due to a MouseZen-side error, or paid access to Pro features was not provided.
MouseZen Pro is sold as a digital activation key for the extended features of the MouseZen app. If the key has already been issued and correctly activates the Pro version, refunds are not provided because the user changed their mind, did not like the Pro features, the app did not suit them, or when there is no technical error on MouseZen’s side.
If the issue is related to key delivery or activation, support first checks the payment and key status. When possible, the issue is resolved by resending the key, replacing the key, or restoring access without refunding the payment.
To request a refund, contact support via Telegram @webuxy or email support@mousezen.com and include your email, payment date, amount, payment method, and a short description of the issue. The request is reviewed within 24 hours from contacting MouseZen support.
If the request is approved, the refund is sent to the user’s original payment details. The refund period after approval is up to 72 hours unless a longer period is required by the bank or payment provider.
7. Key use
The key is intended for the buyer’s personal use. The user may not resell the key, publish it publicly, bypass activation limits, or use the program unlawfully.
8. Personal data
The seller processes data needed to complete the purchase, issue the key, support the user, and meet payment provider requirements. Details are available in the Privacy policy.
9. Acceptance
Clicking the continue button, proceeding to payment, or successful payment means the user agrees to this offer.
